Training days:
Begin assessing your tolerance with half a serving (half scoop) mixed with 180-240mL of cold water per day. For advanced users, depending on tolerance Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) of Nitraflex with 300mL of cold water and consume 30 minutes prior to working out. Do not consume more than 1 serving of Nitraflex in a 24-hour period. Do not take it within 5 hours of bedtime.
Non-training days:
Take 1 serving upon arising in the morning or before any physical activity.
